I know this has been asked before....

However,

I really am kicking myself for not cropping her ears. She just turned 10 months and the research I've done, with the proper maintenance and post-op methods, anytime is ok.

What are your opinions? And what cuts are ok and which ones aren't?

Post up pics, diagrams, personal experiences etc.

Pics will really help my vet if this is possible.

The only ears I've seen cropped later in life (6 months?) never stood. Cropped and floppy. Saw the same thing with a great dane. Cropped too late and they were simply floppy cropped ears..

kick yourself some more and don't crop.

If you had the dog as a puppy and for ~8 months you could not get the ears done, then something is really wrong.

It is a little late but we got one done at 8 months and he stood fine and they were not cut short at all. We have a doc in Cincinnati that does ear crops with laser and includes pain meds for $200. He stays busy but he has done all of our ears and that is alot. We give him pic of what we want and we always get it.
