ID: CANARY DOG! Notes: This 14-month old purebred PRESA CANARIO pup was released to a shelter that will euthanize him due to lack of space! His owner took him to the shelter after being evacuated due to FLOOD CONDITIONS on the Delaware River. Boarding kennels are full due to the flooding and the holiday, and this poor pup had no place to go. Since he was a release, there is no mandatory holding period, and he is OUT OF TIME.
