i don't know if anyone ever watches the outdoor channel or have seen the show, "worst jobs in the world", but catfish can over 100 lbs they're called channel cats in some areas, and live in deeper eat (ortry to, at least) anything they can get their mouth around, as evidenced by the pictures.
