Posting pictures??

Can someone tell me how to post pictures? Tried using the <img and [image] and can't get either to work???

Put your cursor over the box above that says IMG and the correct format will be displayed under the "Font color" and "Font size" box. Yeah,just move the cursor over the "Img" box ! do you see it change ? follow that format and your pictures should work. (YOU MUST BE IN THE REPLY MODE OR NEW TOPIC MODE TO SEE THE IMG BOX)

Step by step Instructions
Step #1 click "reply" or "new topic"
Step #2 click on Img box (this gives you your first set of brackets)
Step# 3 type in http:// url of the photo
Step #4 hit ALT and P and the same time and that will give you
your second set of brackets.

Step# 5 scroll down and hit preview and see if it worked , if so ,goody for you ,if not compare the format to the example that pops up when you put your cursor over the image box.

I will click on the Img box above and I get this..

Then I type in a URL http://members.cox.net/efpo322/divther1.jpg

Then I hit Alt and the letter P at the same time and I get this

put it all together and I get this
