Adding youtube videos to ElPresa.com Forums is very easy.
I have setup a custom BB code which works for youtube videos.
In the message editor, you have a button with the YouTube logo, as highlighted by this image.

Clicking on it, a popup will appear, inside of that you will have to insert the YouTube ID of the video you want to insert into your post. Very easy!
The ID of a YouTube video is identified by the letters which follow the "=" character in the web address of the video.
For example, suppose the URL of the youtube video is http://youtube.com/watch?v=lmoPrvqLXuE
The last part of the URL, lmoPrvqLXuE identifies your youtube video ID.
So that, clicking on the YouTube button and inserting lmoPrvqLXuE in the next window the result will be this:
lmoPrvqLXuE
Another way of doing it is using the approriate code tags. You just have to put the ID of your youtube video inside the [youtube] tags.
Just put it inside the [youtube] tags to see the video displayed.
So, in this case you will have to insert:

lmoPrvqLXuE
